RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction is our main priority.

1.WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

Returns for shipped merchandise will be for the cost of the merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying merchandise only. All merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition received within 30 days.

Please return the items in the original shipping container with original packing materials. Full refunds for Squinkd goods will only be provided under the following circumstances:

-Damaged goods from shipping;

-Misprinted Goods;

-Defective Goods;

-Wrong goods .

If you believe your item falls under one of the above reasons please contact Public Mo. customer service within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the item. Please allow up to five (5) business days to process any qualifying return. We cannot accept clothing that has been worn or washed for returns. Any merchandise suspected of being previously worn and/or washed will be returned to the customer at their expense. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless Public Mo.  was at fault for any reason. If the fault was ours, your return shipping expense will be refunded to you. Public Mo.  will only reimburse standard shipping expenses. Expedited or Express services will not be reimbursed. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

2.HOW DO I RETURN A WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If you received an item that was sent to you incorrectly or was defective,please send an email in which are included  pictures ( JPEG or PNG ) of the wrong or defective item. This will allow us to verify the mistake and take care of it right away. Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund. Unfortunately, we won’t reimburse for express shipping, so be sure to send it back via regular mail.

3.INELIGIBLE ITEMS

All sale items are final and are ineligible for return or exchange.

4.WHY IS MY ITEM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Certain products are not eligible for returns because they are custom printed especially for you, as soon as you order them. We still want to make sure the custom printing process gives you products you love, so we double check every step along the way to guarantee their quality. Although we cannot accept returns on these custom printed products, we’ll happily replace items that arrive damaged.
